Draxler and Sanchez in swap reports

10th November 2017, 14:34 by Nick Harris

Arsenal are reportedly open to a January swap deal involving Alexis Sanchez and Julian Draxler of PSG.

Chilean ace Sanchez is heading towards the final six months of his present Arsenal deal so he will be in a position to reach a pre-contract agreement with interested parties at the start of next year.

Arsenal appear resigned to the fact that they are going to lose Sanchez so may decide to cash in and a swap for Draxler could be on the cards.

PSG are keen to land the Chilean and may use Draxler, who has fallen down the pecking order at PSG due to the arrival of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe, as bait.

The Germany international has struggled for first-team football this season and a move to the Emirates could become an option at the start of next year.
