Mount content with Derby switch
Derby County playmaker Mason Mount believes joining the club was the "right move" for his career.
Mount is set to be a Derby player for another month after joining the club on loan from Chelsea last summer.
The Portsmouth-born star has played 29 games in the Championship this season, scoring five goals for the club so far.
Mount spent last season with Dutch club Vitesse Arnhem and has seen his stock rise during his loan spell at Pride Park.
The 20-year-old has been injured for the last two months but he believes the move has worked out perfectly for him.
"It has been a massive learning curve," Mount told Derbyshire Live. "For me, coming into the league, a lot was said to me about how tough it is.
"It is definitely really tough - physically and how many games there is, in a short space of time. You're playing against physical, experienced players, so I've learned a lot from this season.
"It's a great learning curve for young players, coming into this league, playing as much as they can and learning every day in training.
"It has been the right move for me, from the beginning, and I've learned so much, so it's been all positive."
