Pugh still aiming for play-offs
Hull midfielder Marc Pugh claims his team are still in the fight for the Championship play-offs despite back-to-back defeats.
Nigel Adkins' men have fallen to 13th in the Championship table after losing to Nottingham Forest and Norwich City.
Hull are now six points behind sixth-placed Derby County with just nine games remaining in the Championship.
They have some tough games against relegation candidates in the next few weeks but Pugh insists the squad still believes they can achieve promotion.
He told the Hull Daily Mail: "We can’t get too downhearted, especially the position the club found itself in three or four months ago.
"The gaffer has done an incredible job, the lads have stuck together through thick and thin. We’re six points off the play-offs and that’s a great achievement. It’s QPR at home next and our home form has been brilliant.
"We’ve shown that we can bounce back. We lost 5-1 at Brentford and then won back-to-back home games so we need to regroup. There’s no-one giving up."
