Bruce - Bielsa has changed the Championship
Sheffield Wednesday boss Steve Bruce has hailed the impact Leeds counterpart Marcelo Bielsa has had on the Championship.
The Argentine's appointment was seen as a major coup, with his eccentric behaviour and obsessive approach to the game making him somewhat of an icon amongst the coaching fraternity.
Bielsa's tactics have helped Leeds play a major role in the promotion reckoning and they sit second in the Championship table ahead of Saturday's visit of the Owls to Elland Road.
Opposite number Bruce says it is hard not to have been impressed by 'El Loco', adding that the improvements the Whites have made with a similar squad to last term demonstrate just how good he is.
"Leeds are a good side, the manager has done a terrific job and we are all intrigued by his methods," he said.
"He has been a breath of fresh air and he's got Leeds to the top end of the table. When you see people like [Pep] Guardiola and [Mauricio] Pochettino saying they've learned a lot from him, then you sit up and take notice.
"Certainly the way his team plays, there's a huge difference in their attitude, in their outlook and in the way they go about their business. He's obviously a very, very talented man."
