Leeds suffer pre-season casualties
Leeds have concerns over Kemar Roofe and Mateusz Bogusz after they limped out of Saturday’s pre-season friendly.
The Championship outfit have jetted out to Australia to play two pre-season friendlies against Manchester United and Western Sydney Wanderers.
After losing 4-0 to United on Wednesday in Perth, they took on WS Wanderers in Sydney on Saturday morning.
Marcelo Bielsa's men claimed a 2-1 victory over the A-League outfit with Bogusz and Pablo Hernandez getting on the scoresheet.
But Leeds have been left counting the cost after Bogusz and Roofe were forced off with injuries, just two weeks before the start of the domestic campaign.
Leeds head back to Europe over the next few days to wrap up their pre-season commitments with a trip to Cagliari on Saturday, before kicking off their Championship season at Bristol City on August 4.
