Roofe enjoying promotion race
Leeds United forward Kemar Roofe claims he is enjoying the promotion race as he tries to fire the club back into the top flight.
The Whites are second in the Championship table and have a great chance of earning promotion with just four matches to play.
Leeds have not played in the Premier League since the 2004 campaign but look like Norwich's closest challengers after opening up a three-point gap over third-placed Sheffield United.
If results go in their favour, Marcelo Bielsa's men could confirm their return to the top flight as early as Monday when they travel to Griffin Park to face Brentford.
Roofe admits the city is buzzing and he is enjoying the pressure of the promotion chase.
"Last season we got to the point where we weren't fighting for anything and people lost interest a bit around the city," Roofe said.
"This season it has always been there and it is growing each week. Especially when you step out the door and someone is waving at you and wants to stop and tell you how amazing it is.
"We all dream about promotion and that is our aim. Everything is open. It's the perfect position. It's on our hands and up to us if we promoted or not."
