Mancienne close to Forest exit
Nottingham Forest defender Michael Mancienne is believed to be close to agreeing a deal to join Turkish side Çaykur Rizespor.
The 30-year-old is clearly not part of Aitor Karanka's first-team plans for the coming campaign, having been left out of the squad for Forest's pre-season training camp in Spain.
Several clubs are understood to have expressed an interest in the former England Under-21 international, who was bought by Stuart Pearce, but a move to Turkey looks like it could be on the cards.
Mancienne, who has made over 120 appearances for Forest, is no stranger to playing his football outside of England, having spent three years with German outfit Hamburg after leaving Chelsea in 2011.
The defender is expected to be followed out of the City Ground exit door by fellow defender Armand Traore, forward Jamie Ward and striker Jason Cummings, who were also omitted from the pre-season tour.
