Stokes returning to England
Ben Stokes is heading home to England following the end of his spell in New Zealand with Canterbury.
The all-rounder was ruled out of England's Ashes campaign for his part in an alleged incident outside a Bristol nightclub in September and has spent his time off expanding his horizons.
Stokes was born in Christchurch and returned to his home city in November for a spell in the domestic game, playing three one-day games and three T20s.
The 26-year-old admits he has enjoyed his time in the Land of the Long White Cloud and has thanked everyone involved with the club for their hospitality.
"I have thoroughly enjoyed training and playing with Canterbury," said Stokes. "Everyone here has gone out of their way to make me feel at home.
"It's a wonderful club and I couldn't have asked for any more from my time here."
Jack Ogalbe has been working for the team since his student days, having enjoyed a successful placement. He is an avid West Ham fan but also enjoys writing on rugby union, golf, tennis and cycling.
