Windies warned by Hope
Bangladesh quick bowlers are something to worry about ahead of the ODI tour, according to West Indies batsman Shai Hope.
Having just been beaten 2-0 in the Test series, where Bangladesh spinners did most of the damage, the Windies are now set to face a faster attack in the shorter format of the game.
Hope has warned his side they will be up against good quick bowlers in the ODI series as well as good spinners.
He said: "As everyone would expect the ball will spin a bit more in Bangladesh. But still, we have to wait till the day to see what it is like to play. We can expect spin and it can be something different, so we have to cover all our bases and be ready for whatever they throw at us.
“We have to make sure we are ready for whatever they throw at us.
"We can expect spin but they also have some quality pacers, who have been around for a long time. We know what to expect from that part as well.”
