PL dream for Candreva

13th January 2018, 15:01 by Jack Ogalbe

Inter Milan’s Antonio Candreva has hinted that he could leave the club after admitting that he’d like to play in England.

The winger, who turns 31 next month, has regularly been linked with the likes of Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal in recent years.

Candreva is contracted until the summer of 2020 but admits he could be tempted by a move to the Premier League.

However, the former Lazio man says the recent improvement of Serie A means he is still enjoying playing in his homeland.

"I really like the Premier League as it's an exceptional competition. I'd love to have a go at playing in the Premier League," Candreva told Calcio 2000 magazine.

"Serie A is showing this season that not only is it always a difficult league but also now has some very entertaining games. I think Italian teams are improving and can do well in Europe, too."
