Zidane quick to praise United ace

20th April 2019, 22:12 by Tom Hill

Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane has piled the praise on Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba ahead of the transfer window.

The France international continues to be linked with a move to the Santiago Bernabeu, with the Spanish giants set to splash the cash this summer.

Madrid have endured a season to forget but they have turned to Zidane for a second time as he tries to help his squad bounce back.

Reports claim he will have £430million to spend this summer and Zidane had made his feelings on Pogba very clear.

When asked about Pogba, he told Marca: "I like Pogba a lot and that's nothing new.

"I know him personally and he is different. He adds something that few others can do, thanks to his quality. He knows how to attack and how to defend."
