Crystal Palace v Grimsby Town
Crystal Palace boss Roy Hodgson says he will rotate his starting line-up for Saturday's FA Cup third-round tie with Grimsby.
The clash will be just the second FA Cup meeting between the two clubs and the first since February 1908.
The Eagles made a slow start to the season but have improved of late, with just one loss in their last five outings, including a 3-2 victory over Manchester City.
With their Premier League status far from secure, Hodgson says he will hand opportunities to “five or six” fringe players.
Striker Christian Benteke, who has made just four Premier League appearances in 2018-19, could return from a lengthy spell on the sidelines.
Winger Jason Puncheon is set to miss out after Hodgson revealed he is on the verge of agreeing a loan switch to Huddersfield.
League Two outfit Grimsby have also been in good form over the Christmas period, winning four of their last five engagements.
They have already beaten MK Dons and Chesterfield en route to the third round and will need another top performance to reach the fourth round for the first time since 2000.
The Mariners will be without centre-back pairing Danny Collins and Akin Famewo, while Harry Davis and Alex Whitmore are also likely to miss out.
Palace have triumphed in seven of their last eight home meetings with Grimsby across all competitions.
