Emery earns Neymar backing
Neymar says he has not been surprised by how well Unai Emery has adapted to life in England at Arsenal.
Spaniard Emery was appointed in the summer after leading Paris Saint-Germain to the domestic treble in France and, despite a few early teething problems, has guided his side on a run of 16 games unbeaten.
Emery already appears ahead of schedule with the Gunners and seems to have rediscovered his mojo after two mixed years in Paris.
Although success seemed to come easy in his second year at the Parc des Princes, it was not always plain sailing, with Neymar's behaviour often appearing problematic while a lack of Champions League success also counted against him.
The Brazilian though has hailed his abilities as a coach and says he always expected him to do well at the Emirates.
"Now it's easy to say because Arsenal are playing really great football," he said. "They are coming from a great run in recent matches and everybody knows he's a really great coach.
"We know about their quality and I was really happy to work with him because he's a really hard working guy. He really wanted to coach us and really wanted to study about football.
"I think he will bring good things for Arsenal, which is a really huge and important club here in England. I wish him luck."
