Emery ready for final push in April
Arsenal coach Unai Emery concedes his side's results in April will define their season as they try to qualify for the Champions League.
The Gunners are yet to play since the international break ended, but they will take on Newcastle United on Monday night in the Premier League.
They have dropped down to fifth due to Manchester United's win over Watford but three points on Monday could see Arsenal climb up to third in the table.
Arsenal have already beaten rivals Chelsea and Manchester United at home in 2019 but Emery admits his team need to shine in the next few weeks of April.
He told Sky Sports News: "In April, we are playing in a lot of matches and it is the key for our season.
"We finished very well both in the Europa League and Premier League before the international break. But in each match, we need to give a big focus and every player must be ready to give their best performance for us.
"And our mentality now is good, but every match will be giving us a new challenge. Being together I think we can be stronger.
"We have a big possibility to play next season in the Champions League. We have been consistent because the players have given a big commitment and good behaviour to give the club our best work."
