Dragowski's agent holds talks as Cherries take aim
Bournemouth are reportedly offering double the wages of Fiorentina goalkeeper Bartlomiej Dragowski, who is in talks over a new deal.
Reports in Italy claim the Cherries are ready to relaunch their attempt to lure the 21-year-old goalkeeper, who impressed while on loan at Serie A outfit Empoli last term, to the Vitality Stadium.
Dragowski's performances have put him in the frame to become parent club Fiorentina's first choice but he currently earns less than £10,000 a week.
Fiorentina sporting director Daniel Prade met the Poland Under-21 star's agent on Thursday to thrash out a new deal, but it is understood the player has received offers that will more than double his current salary.
Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla, a transfer market specialist, told Radio Bruno: "Prade said that they have decided to focus on him if he accepts...I think Fiorentina has gambled a bit, that Bournemouth has raised the stakes and he likes the Premier League. A counter offer will come from Bournemouth."
