Howe - We need to bounce back

31st December 2018, 11:16 by Tom Hill

Bournemouth coach Eddie Howe says his side need to find some momentum once again after their 4-1 defeat to Manchester United.

The Cherries have won just two of their last 11 games and they are now 12th in the Premier League table after their latest defeat.

Howe's men have conceded 12 goals in five matches, with Paul Pogba the star of the show as he netted twice.

Bournemouth take on Watford, Everton and West Ham in the next few weeks and Howe insists his team need to start stringing results together.

He told Sky Sports: "For us it's all about one result and building some momentum back. We've been through an incredibly tough run of fixtures; we've had results in between that bad run, beating Brighton and Huddersfield at home.

"We hoped they would be the catalyst for some momentum, it never happened. Now we have to try and get another result."
