Lerma loving Bournemouth life
Bournemouth star Jefferson Lerma says he is loving life at his new club and has no thoughts about leaving this summer.
The Colombian international arrived from Spanish side Levante in a 28million euros deal during the summer and has quickly established himself in the first-team.
It can often be difficult for foreign players to adapt to their new surroundings, but there have been no such issues with Lerma, who could not be happier.
That will be a relief for Bournemouth as Lerma is only expected to improve the longer he stays on the south coast.
“There’s a lot of equality here, that’s the prettiest thing of the Premier League. It is one of the best leagues in the world. Here you can really enjoy football. It’s something that satisfies me,” Lerma revealed.
“My family is very happy and proud of me. Here I am very happy because the club have received me very well and made me feel at home. The expectations of continuing to grow will always be there, but at the moment nothing is said about my departure. My reality is Bournemouth and I think of Bournemouth.”
