Wilson facing a month out
Callum Wilson has undergone a small operation and will be out for three or four weeks, according to boss Eddie Howe.
The much sort after striker was absent from the side which hammered Chelsea 4-0 on Wednesday night and boss Eddie Howe confirmed he faces a few weeks out of the side.
Howe said: "Callum Wilson just had a minor knee operation to clean out the knee. We don't think he'll be out long, maybe three to four weeks."
Meanwhile, the Cherries lost David Brooks to an unspecified knock in the second half on Wednesday and Howe confirmed they will take a look at the problem prior to the clash with Cardiff on Saturday.
Howe continued: "As for David Brooks, I need to speak to him and the physios to find the extent of his injury."
