Brighton pair back in contention

16th April 2019, 10:06 by Bobbie Jackson

Pascal Gross and Solly March have recovered from injury issues and could be involved when Brighton host Cardiff.

Injuries have restricted Gross to just 19 Premier League appearances this term but he is hoping to play a part during the run-in.

The German midfielder's last outing came in the loss to Leicester on February 26, having left the field early with a hamstring injury, but he is available to return at the Amex on Tuesday.

March has sat out Brighton's last two games with a calf problem and he is also set to come back into the fold.

Forward Anthony Knockaert was sent off in Saturday's demoralising 5-0 defeat at the hands of Bournemouth and will sit this one out.
