Hughton to mix it up for FA Cup clash
Chris Hughton has confirmed he will make changes to his starting line-up for the FA Cup clash at home to West Brom on Saturday.
Despite advancing into the fourth round of the competition, Premier League survival remains the priority for the Seagulls and Hughton is set to give some of his fringe players an opportunity to impress.
The 60-year-old English manager has revealed midfielder Yves Bissouma will train with the first team on Friday and that will "hopefully put him in the frame for Saturday".
Brazilian defender Bernardo, who arrived at the AMEX Stadium in the summer from RB Leipzig, will also train on Friday although Hughton has confirmed the West Brom clash will be "too soon for him".
Winger Jose Izquierdo remains unavailable due to injury while goalkeeper Mat Ryan and forward Alireza Jahanbakhsh are both still away at the Asian Cup with Australia and Iran respectively.
