Dyche - All quiet on signings
Burnley boss Sean Dyche says nothing is imminent in terms of new signings as he attempts to improve his squad.
The Clarets chief is busy preparing for the new Premier League season and is hoping to add more new faces to his first-team squad before the transfer window closes on August 9.
Jay Rodriguez and Erik Pieters have been brought in so far and plenty of other players are being monitored and linked to Burnley but Dyche says there is nothing imminent in regards to potential new arrivals.
He said: "It always helps getting them in early."
Before revealing he was no closer with any further signings, adding: "Ones that we thought might go somewhere have gone away, and nothing else has moved any closer."
Burnley continue their pre-season friendly games at Crewe and Port Vale on Saturday with Dyche sending two different squads to both games.
