Heaton set for Burnley recall
Burnley are set to recall goalkeeper Tom Heaton to their starting XI for the home clash with Fulham on Saturday.
England international Heaton, who has played in the last two Premier League games, was rested for the FA Cup win over Barnsley as Nick Pope made his comeback from a dislocated shoulder.
The 32-year-old shot-stopper is set to be handed the starting shirt for the relegation clash against the Cottagers, with summer arrival Joe Hart keeping his spot on the substitute's bench.
Sean Dyche has also revealed there is a "strong chance" at least one of right-backs Phil Bardsley and Matt Lowton will be fit after the duo recently recovered from their respective knocks.
However, midfielder Johann Berg Gudmundsson is a doubt with a thigh injury, whilst Aaron Lennon and Robbie Brady remain unavailable due to injury and suspension respectively.
James Mason grew up in Northumberland so is entrenched in both the football and golf scenes. A low handicap golfer, he also follows Newcastle United and predicts big things under Rafa Benitez.
