Mee hails Clarets turnaround
Ben Mee says Burnley are heading in the right direction after a return to form.
The Clarets looked to be in for a relegation battle this terms after a poor first half of the campaign but dropping into the bottom three at one point appears to have galvanised the team.
The draw at Watford at the weekend means that they are unbeaten in four games in the Premier League and have picked up 10 points from a possible 12 and Mee says they have turned the corner.
“I think we are moving really well in the right direction, keeping picking up points and keeping moving up the table,” Mee told the Burnley Express.
“It’s positive. We are five unbeaten now and we want to carry that on.
“We’ve got some big games coming up and there’s a lot of confidence around the place.
“There’s a good feeling and it’s been really good in the last couple of weeks.”
