Taylor - No coasting allowed

15th April 2019, 13:31 by Nick Harris

Boss Sean Dyche will not allow Burnley to coast to the end of the season, according to Charlie Taylor.

The win over Cardiff at the weekend moved the Clarets 11 points clear of the relegation zone and, barring any late catastrophe, they look safe for another season in the Premier League.

Despite their comfortable position in the league, Taylor says Dyche will not let them coast to the end of the campaign and they will be pushed to keep going.

"The win was huge," the 25-year-old told the Lancashire Telegraph.

"It's so nice to look at the table and see us so far away from the drop zone with a lot of points on the board.

"It takes the pressure off us now with four really tough games to go but he (Dyche) won't let us rest on our laurels so we go again and keep climbing that table."
