Vydra to be offered Championship exit route
Burnley striker Matej Vydra could be offered an exit from Turf Moor this summer with a host of Championship clubs interested.
The Clarets signed Vydra for an undisclosed fee last summer after he topped the scoring charts in the second tier with Derby, netting 21 times.
But he struggled to settle in Lancashire and was restricted to just 13 Premier League appearances, scoring only once, and his future at Turf Moor looks bleak.
Sean Dyche certainly isn't short on attacking options with Chris Wood, Ashley Barnes, Nahki Wells and Jay Rodriguez all vying for gametime, while Peter Crouch may still sign a new deal.
Vydra suggested earlier this summer that he was prepared to fight for his place but a move away, potentially on loan, is looking more and more likely.
Reports claim several Championship clubs are considering making a move for the former Watford man over the coming weeks.
