Cardiff target former midfielder Mutch
Cardiff have been linked with a January move to re-sign midfielder Jordon Mutch, who is currently on loan at Vancouver Whitecaps.
Bluebirds boss Neil Warnock has stated he wants to bring in at least three new players in the winter window to boost his side's survival chances.
A new striker is understood to be Warnock's top priority but it appears as if the manager is also seeking to strengthen his midfield options.
Mutch spent two years with Cardiff before departing for QPR in 2014 and then joining Crystal Palace.
The 27-year-old is currently on loan with MLS outfit Vancouver and they are not planning to take up an option to buy so he is set to return to Palace in the New Year.
The midfielder's contract at Palace comes to an end in the summer and the Eagles will be keen to move Mutch on again in January, and reports claim Cardiff could offer him a chance to return to the Welsh capital when the transfer window reopens.
