Goodison trip tough for Gunnarsson

23rd November 2018, 09:25 by Aidan Perkins

Aron Gunnarsson says Cardiff are well aware of Everton's threat on Saturday but is confident they can also cause problems.

The Bluebirds go to Goodison Park following the international break aiming to pick up where they left off after their 2-1 win over Brighton.

Iceland international Gunnarsson knows another tough Premier League test awaits but he believes the good signs City have shown in recent weeks mean the Toffees should also be concerned.

He said: "They're a free-flowing team who have doing doing well this season, and we need to be careful with them. It's going to be another tough away game. We know that.

"We're growing as a team. The games against Fulham and Brighton have given us confidence going forward."
