Blues eye winger target
Chelsea may make a move for Roberto Pereyra of Watford if they get their transfer ban lifted.
The Watford winger has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge in the past and the Blues are expected to make another effort to land the 28-year-old if they get their transfer ban rescinded.
They have appealed the Uefa decision and are trying to get it overturned before the summer so that they can buy some new players, ahead of a title assault next season.
Watford technical director Filippo Giraldi believes that Pereyra is one of those that could become a Chelsea player in the future.
"I do not like to comment on transfer market speculation," Giraldi told Italy's Radio Kiss Kiss.
"I think he can go to a great team, and I say it with all due respect to Torino ( who have also been linked with him) I see him as a potential Chelsea player."
