Blues poised for Morata fitness lift
Chelsea are set to be boosted by the fitness of striker Alvaro Morata in time to face Watford at Vicarage Road on Boxing Day.
The Spain international has been struggling with a knee problem, but is back in full training and Blues boss Maurizio Sarri is hopeful he will be ready to take on the Hornets.
However, defender Andreas Christensen may miss out again with a hamstring injury.
Sarri was disappointed with the Blues' display in Saturday's 1-0 defeat against Leicester at Stamford Bridge and wants a quick reaction against the Hornets, where they were well beaten 4-1 last season.
He said: "I think that in this moment we have to think about us, only about our team.
"The match is difficult. We know we have to study this kind of opponent very well [but] I think that now the most important thing is our reaction after the [Leicester] match.
"In the match our reaction was not in the right way and now we have to think about our reaction after the match, just in order to prepare in the right way."
