Blues reject Hudson-Odoi approach
Chelsea have rejected a bid in excess of £20million from Bayern Munich for teenager Callum Hudson-Odoi, according to reports.
Bayern have reportedly made the England Under-19 international their primary target during the January transfer window and it is believed they previously had a bid of £13.5million rejected.
Chelsea have now turned down a second approach from the Bavarians as they value the 18-year-old, who has made six appearances across all competitions for Maurizio Sarri's side this season, at closer to the £40million mark.
Bundesliga leaders Borussia Dortmund have also been attributed with an interest in Hudson-Odoi, who is highly-rated at Chelsea and played a key role in England's U17 World Cup victory last year.
Chelsea certainly won't want to lose the youngster, but their resolve could well be tested if Bayern come in with an improved offer.
Should Hudson-Odoi move to Germany then he will join a growing list of English youngsters plying their trade in the German top-flight, with Jadon Sancho and Reiss Nelson currently impressing for Dortmund and Hoffenheim respectively.
