Chelsea duo linked with Swansea
Chelsea duo Jake Clarke-Salter and Kasey Palmer are set to head out on loan with Swansea keen to do a double deal.
The Blues are reluctant to let players move on due to the current transfer ban, but it is inevitable that some will leave, and both Palmer and Clarke-Salter look to be up for grabs.
The latter has just arrived back from a loan spell with Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem, but Chelsea would like him to stay closer to home this time, and Swansea could suit.
Palmer is also a target for the Liberty Stadium outfit and reports suggest a double swoop could be on the cards.
Swansea boss Steve Cooper has also added fuel to the fire when admitting the Welsh side are close to wrapping up a couple of loan deals for top-flight players.
"I'd like to think we're not that far away from one or two coming. We've talked quite publicly about maximising the loan market," he said. "The big guns are out of Europe at the moment, playing tours, so when they return then hopefully we can see one or two faces come in and add to the good things that are going on."
