Milivojevic clears up national team situation
Crystal Palace midfielder Luka Milivojevic has denied ever turning his back on Serbia after 10 months in the international wilderness.
The 28-year-old's last cap for his country came at the 2018 World Cup when he was substituted in a 2-1 group defeat to Switzerland.
He has been overlooked by coach Mladen Krstajic for Serbia's subsequent Nations League and Euro 2020 qualifying matches.
Serbian supporters want to see him back involved after his superb displays for the Eagles - for whom he has scored 12 Premier League goals this season.
Milivojevic told Zurnal: "I did not say goodbye to the national team. I can only say that it has always been my greatest honour to represent my country.
"We are in a situation as it is..."
