Fulham eye double Nice raid

11th July 2018, 16:27 by Aidan Perkins

Fulham could be set for a double swoop on Nice with defender Maxime Le Marchand also being eyed by the Cottagers.

Fulham are in talks to sign midfielder Jean-Michael Seri from the Ligue 1 club but reports say one of his team mates, Le Marchand, could also be set to move to the Premier League new-boys.

It is claimed the centre-back has left Nice's pre-season camp in Divonne-les-Bains and is now expected to travel to London in order to discuss a move.

The 28-year-old was a regular last season and has amassed 81 appearances in all competitions for Nice, scoring two goals, since joining from Le Havre in 2015.

It is thought Le Marchand would cost in the region of £6million.
