Terriers set for double boost
Loanee Jason Puncheon and defender Christopher Schindler are set to feature for Huddersfield in Saturday's massive game at Cardiff.
Terriers boss David Wagner swooped to sign 32-year-old midfielder Puncheon on loan from Premier League rivals Crystal Palace over the weekend and he has been in training so far this week with a view to making his debut in the relegation six-pointer in south Wales.
Schindler has also been working hard with the first-team squad after missing the FA Cup third-round exit at Bristol City due to suspension following his red card in the Premier League defeat to Burnley last Wednesday.
There is also an outside chance that club captain Tommy Smith could return at Cardiff as he is due to resume training following a hamstring problem.
However, Aaron Mooy, Danny Williams and Abdelhamid Sabiri all remain sidelined for the foreseeable future.
