Boca ace eyed by Foxes
Leicester City are said to be considering a January move for Boca Juniors midfielder Nahitan Nandez.
Foxes boss Claude Puel is eyeing some winter reinforcements to get the Foxes' faltering season back on track after a run of three defeats in four matches.
Nandez is known as a combative player who usually picks up more yellow cards than he scores goals during a season, and he could be the man to stiffen the Leicester midfield.
The Uruguay star was linked with a move to Serie A side Cagliari and it was thought that a deal was close to being finalised, but Argentina-based website Marca Claro are suggesting that "negotiations have hit an impasse".
Marca have now reported that the East Midlanders have entered the race and are hoping to begin dialogue with the Argentinian club and representatives of the player in the next few days.
Nandez played a full part as Boca reached the Copa Libertadores final but was unable to prevent his side going down 3-1 in the match moved to Madrid.
