Evian trip helps Perez settle in
Ayoze Perez says Leicester City's pre-season training camp in Switzerland has massively helped him to settle in at the club.
Perez was signed from Newcastle United for a reported £30million as part of boss Brendan Rodgers' summer overhaul of the squad as he plots to try and get the Foxes back into European contention.
The Spaniard joined up with his new team mates at their pre-season base close to Lake Geneva and he admits he has enjoyed what has been an intense few days.
"It's been a great week of hard work. We've had a couple of tough sessions but I'm feeling good that I'm part of the process," he told LCFC.com.
"It's been good to get to know some of the lads. At lunch, I've been sat with Christian (Fuchs), Çağs (Caglar Soyuncu) and some of the other lads.
"It's good to find out stuff about each other. Wherever we've been and we've got a chance to speak, the guys have been brilliant with me.
"They've been trying to find out little bits about me, so it's been a great week for me."
