Puel reveals Evans injury
Leicester City manager Claude Puel has announced defender Jonny Evans will miss Saturday's match against Southampton.
The Northern Ireland international has broken his little toe and is now facing up to six weeks on the sidelines.
Evans has been in and out of the team this season, making just 10 Premier League appearances.
Daniel Amartey remains on the sidelines with an ankle injury but Harvey Barnes is in contention after returning from a loan spell at West Brom.
Confirming the Evans blow, Puel told reporters in his pre-match press conference: "Jonny will not be available. He has broken his little toe. We will try to manage this situation in the next few weeks and we will see when he can return.
"Concerning the other players, I don’t think we have any other problems. Daniel has had surgery. It was a success, but he will not be available normally for four months."
