Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers has no fresh injury concerns as he prepares for the visit of Tottenham on Saturday lunchtime in the Premier League.

Rodgers continues to be without long term injury victims Daniel Amartey and Matty James, but those two apart he has a fully fit squad.

There had been a worry over defender Ben Chilwell in midweek after he missed a training session but the boss said that was rest related and his star defender will be fit to face Spurs.

The Northern Irishman is expected to name the same XI which started the defeat to Manchester United last time out, although he could tweak things with James Maddison moving inside.

That was Leicester’s first loss of the season but they have yet to hit top form and have just two wins to their name this campaign. Only one of those came at home but a victory on Saturday would see them leapfrog their opponents in the table.

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has a few injury problems as he tries to shake his side out of their nasty recent habit of allowing leads slip away.

They lost a two-goal lead against arch-rivals Arsenal in the Premier League and did the same thing in the Champions League against Olympiakos in midweek.

Pochettino remains without Juan Foyth, Giovani Lo Celso and Ryan Sessegnon for the game as they remain injured.

Danny Rose and Serge Aurier both missed out in midweek but are expected to return on Saturday.

Spurs have won their last three meetings with Leicester, but have failed to win in eight on the road and will be looking to get back to winning ways at the King Power Stadium.

The pressure is mounting on the Spurs coach as the same mistakes appear to be costing them year after year and star striker Harry Kane said after the midweek draw that the boss is getting frustrated with the situation.

He said: “I can see why the manager is frustrated because he’s been here for six years now and we’re still making similar mistakes to the ones we were in his first year.”
