Rodgers upbeat on Albrighton recovery
Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers is confident Marc Albrighton will be able to make a return to action this season.
Albrighton has been sidelined since the end of January with a hamstring injury but has returned to training recently and Rodgers is confident the 29-year-old will be fit to feature before the campaign draws to a close.
"He will be available at some point," Rodgers told reporters. "He's worked very, very hard during his time out.
"He's out on the pitch now and doing his rehabilitation with the guys out there. He's worked tirelessly and hopefully, before the end of the season, he'll get some game time."
Rodgers moved to Leicester from Celtic in February and Albrighton is yet to feature since the Northern Irishman took charge due to his injury.
