Tielemans Foxes deal on hold for now
Brendan Rodgers has said he will make a decision on whether to keep Youri Tielemans at Leicester at the end of the season.
The 21-year-old has impressed since joining the Foxes on loan from Monaco in the January window and grabbed his first goal for the club in the win over Fulham.
Leicester will have to pay Monaco £40million if they wish to make the deal permanent at the end of the season but Rodgers is in no rush to make a decision just yet.
Rodgers admits he has bags of talent but wants to work with him some more before he decides whether to pursue something more permanent.
"He's a talent but of course there's a number of factors to signing a player," said the Leicester manager.
"We'll just enjoy working together and we'll see where we're at in the summer. I just want to see him consistently.
"He was a young player at 16, 17 who was highly sought after, he obviously went to Monaco and was in and around the Belgium squad, which is one of the top squads in world football."
