Lovren and Milner miss midweek training
James Milner and Dejan Lovren missed training on Wednesday with the latter struggling to make his comeback against Burnley on Sunday.
The Croatia international was scheduled to return early in March after sitting out the past two months out with a hamstring injury.
But he wasn't involved in the session undertaken by Jurgen Klopp's squad four days ahead of the visit of Sean Dyche's squad to Anfield.
Lovren last saw action in Liverpool's third round FA Cup defeat to Wolves on January 7, although he was an unused substitute against Leicester City on January 30.
However, the ex-Southampton star aggravated the problem in training and has been sidelined ever since.
The Liverpool Echo report that Reds vice-captain Milner and Alberto Moreno were also absent from Wednesday's session at Melwood.
Milner is understood to have been carrying a minor hamstring problem going into last Sunday's Merseyside derby.
