Guardiola eyes £80m double defensive raid
Defensive duo Ben Chilwell and Aaron Wan-Bissaka are being linked with a combined £80million switch to Manchester City.
City boss Pep Guardiola is already believed to be assessing his squad options for the end of the season despite his current side still battling it out on four fronts this term.
And, while the Spanish tactician possesses the likes of Kyle Walker, Danilo, Benjamin Mendy, Oleksandr Zinchenko and Fabian Delph in full-back or wing-back positions, he is again being linked to add to that department.
Chilwell has become a key player at Leicester in the past two seasons and he has currently made 23 league appearances this term, while also securing five caps for England.
The 22-year-old would cost in the region of £50m if Guardiola was to step up his interest in the player, while 21-year-old Crystal Palace right-back, Wan-Bissaka is enjoying a breakthrough season under Eagles boss Roy Hodgson with 27 outings in all competitions this term.
It's thought the youngster would cost in the region of £30m which would mean a huge outlay if Guardiola wanted both in his ranks in the summer, especially given the talent already at his disposal.
