Shaw in United contention
Jose Mourinho has revealed Luke Shaw could feature for Manchester United at Watford on Saturday.
Left-back Shaw suffered a head injury whilst on international duty with England and initial reports claimed he would have no chance of making the Premier League clash at Vicarage Road.
However, Mourinho has provided a positive update on the 23-year-old although the Portuguese tactician is still unsure if the defender will feature.
"I don't know. We still have a training session," he said at a press conference. "Contrary to some news, by the protocol point of view and according to our doctor he will be free to play.
"The only situation we have to analyse is if we are going to play him when during the week he was not training with the team, or if, even so, we decide to play him."
Midfielder duo Marouane Fellaini and Ander Herrera are doubtful for the clash against the Hornets, who have won all four of their league matches, as the pair continue their recoveries from respective injuries.
Diogo Dalot and Marcos Rojo play for the U23's on Friday evening, and if they play the full 90 minutes they will be available for selection next week.
