Key duo still absent for Tottenham

27th February 2019, 16:16 by Bobbie Jackson

Tottenham will be unable to call on England duo Dele Alli and Eric Dier for Wednesday's trip to Chelsea.

Harry Kane recently returned to the fold after a long injury lay-off but his international teammates won't be involved at Stamford Bridge.

Alli is back on the training pitches as he continues to work his way back from a hamstring injury, while Dier is laid low with tonsillitis.

Mauricio Pochettino has no other concerns as Tottenham look to return to winning ways after a disappointing defeat to Burnley on Saturday.
