Son urges Spurs squad to do their bit
Tottenham forward Heung-Min Son has urged his side to deliver the goods as they prepare to create history in their new stadium.
Mauricio Pochettino's men will travel to Anfield on Sunday as they prepare to try and derail Liverpool's Premier League title charge.
Spurs will then get the chance to play in their new 62,062-seater stadium after it passed its final test event on Saturday night as a Spurs Legends side lost 5-4 to Inter Forever.
Great things are expected from their new ground but Son insists the players now need to do their bit as they try to end the campaign on a high under Pochettino.
He told Sky Sports: "We have the best training ground in the world. I think we have the best stadium in the world. Everything is now ready, to compare to anything.
"It's now very important that the players are serious and take the chance. It's simple, like this. The answer is now the players, how they perform, how they take things seriously.
"It's very important to focus on ourselves. Looking forward, playing here, playing Champions League. At the moment we have lots of games to go, so we have to go for it. Whatever happens, we have to be positive and we have to go again."
