Gracia outlines plan for successful season
Javi Gracia says Watford have to take care of the present if they want to enjoy a strong finish to what has already been a fine season.
The Hornets have been one of the surprise packages of the Premier League season as they sit seventh in the table with just 11 games to go. They have also progressed into the quarter-finals of the FA Cup, where they will play Crystal Palace next month.
Gracia takes his side to top-of-the-table Liverpool on Wednesday night and the Spanish coach is not looking beyond the clash at Anfield as he follows the 'one game at a time mantra'.
He said: "What’s the next level? I don’t know what's the next level. In my opinion next level is to try to win the next game. There's no future, there's no past, there's the present.
"If you are enjoying the present it's because you have done many things well in the past and if you want to have a good future it's because you have to do a very good present.
"Only it’s the present. Thinking this way, it will be better for us."
