Hornets handed Holebas fitness boost
Watford will have Jose Holebas available for Saturday's trip to Leicester and Daryl Janmaat and Tom Cleverley could be involved.
Hornets boss Javi Gracia had to make do without Holebas in the defeat against Liverpool last weekend because of a calf injury but he is back fit and looking to feature against the Foxes at the King Power Stadium.
However, Adam Masina stepped in admirably against the Reds at left-back so Gracia faces a welcome selection dilemma ahead of the trip.
Janmaat and Cleverley are in full training after respective knee and Achilles issues, with both looking to feature in the matchday squad although Gracia will not rush them back.
Only Adalberto Penaranda is definitely ruled out of the game as he struggles with a foot problem, while striker Isaac Success will look to start, having agreed a new long-term deal to keep him at Vicarage Road until summer 2023.
Leicester, who secured a place in the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup on Tuesday night after beating Southampton on penalties, sit just below Watford in the Premier League table following successive draws.
Gracia knows whatever selection Leicester manager Claude Puel decides on for Saturday's match, his players must be ready for a tough challenge.
"They have good players. You see sometimes they play with (Shinji) Okazaki, sometimes with (Jamie) Vardy, other times with a second striker in (Kelechi) Iheanacho and also (James) Maddison," Gracia said at his press conference.
"They have many different options and are well organised. I like the way they are playing this season. It will be a very demanding game for us but we are looking forward to it and we will try to get a good result."
