Hammers skipper sets sights on Leicester

17th April 2019, 19:31 by Gareth Freeman

West Ham skipper Mark Noble has urged his side to build on a positive performance at Manchester United by beating Leicester.

The Hammers went down 2-1 at Old Trafford last time out but Noble felt the display was encouraging despite the result.

West Ham saw a seven-match unbeaten run at home ended by Everton in their last outing at the London Stadium and Noble is targeting a win over the Foxes.

"We want to get back to winning ways at home, definitely," he told the club website. "Leicester are a really good side, though, they've got a top manager, got really good players, so we need to play like we did on Saturday [at Manchester United].

"Like I said in this league you can lose, win and draw, but if you lose like you did on Saturday you take more positives out of it."
