Hammers striker vital - boss
West Ham striker Marko Arnautovic is vitally important to the side, according to boss Manuel Pellegrini.
The Austrian has hardly been seen in the team since he signed a new deal in January which brought to an end the speculation that he was on his way to China.
There has been a mixture of tactical and injury problems which have kept him out of the side but there has also been rumours of an attitude problem, although Pellegrini appears to have poured cold water on that.
The Chilean said: "Marko is not playing, but he is also a player we need for our starting eleven.
"Marko is absolutely involved in his commitment, he understands that maybe this is what happened with his China move, also his injury, he is not starting in this moment but he must make the difference.”
