Traore attitude first class - Bennett
Ryan Bennett has lauded the attitude and desire of Adama Traore to keep learning at Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Former Spain Under-21 international Traore joined Wolves last summer from Middlesbrough for a reported £18million and he made 29 Premier League appearances during his debut season, although only eight of those were starts.
Primarily a winger, the 23-year-old was deployed as a right wing-back on occasions and he was again used in this position in Wednesday's 4-0 thrashing of Newcastle United in the Premier League Asia Trophy.
The Spaniard impressed the crowd with a series of rampaging runs down the flank and Bennett, who has been at Molineux since his switch from Norwich City in 2017, lavished praise on his team-mate.
"Adama's done brilliantly, I think he's been spot on and you can't fault him at all," he was quoted as saying by the Express and Star. "You talk to him, the manager speaks to him and everything that everyone says, he really wants to learn. He just takes it on board.
"Tracking back is a bit unusual for him but he's got stuck in. Then when he gets the ball he's devastating, so we need to try and give it him as much as we can. His attacking threat is unbelievable."
James Mason grew up in Northumberland so is entrenched in both the football and golf scenes. A low handicap golfer, he also follows Newcastle United and predicts big things under Rafa Benitez.
